A day in the snooze of Inigo for Easy like Sunday - Inigo

Snoozing only seems simple. There are actually several steps to a successful nap that I don't think people appreciate. I shall try to break it down for you now.

Step one - eyes LOOK almost closed, but I'm actually watching
for any rogue Maine Coons that might interrupt what could
potentially be a wonderful snooze  

Step two - eyes close a little more, but I'm still aware of any
impending pounces

Step three - feeling secure. Lay my head down

Step four - all is quite on the Rumbley front. I feel secure enough
to lay my tired head all the way down

Step five - we have snooze!! The humans are amused at the little
sighing noises I make, if they only knew I was dreaming of
overthrowing them all, do you think they'd still be amused?

Ha ha, Inigo!! - Rumbles

Inigo has to go to the Vet tomorrow!! Shhh, don't tell him, I don't think he knows. Something about getting his teeth checked. That sounds super yucky, but it's for his own good *mew ha ha*

I'm going too, I suspect it's so that the vets can admire me and lavish me with praise. And tunas. Lots of tunas. Sounds like a reasonable explanation, doesn't it?

FOXY Friday - a very classy edition! Rumbles and Inigo

Is there anything FOXIER than a girl in a tux? We don't think so. This week we've got two picks that make us think tuxedos are wasted on boys!

Rumbles: 


My pick this week is the tempting Pandora, from the Kool~Kitty~Krew. The only thing better than one Pandora would be a whole BOX of Pandora!! Imagine opening it, and it's full of infinite versions of the bootiful Pandora!! So this is how I dream Pandora's box would be if it were delivered to me.

My choice is the ever classy Domino, from Wendy's 3-D cats. I think she's not only foxy looking, but she is incredible! She rules over the boys (including a Maine Coon!!) with her tiny paws, keeps them in line and out of her hair. I wish I could do that with the Maine Coon here *harumph*

I think there is nothing so foxy as a bootiful lady-cat dressed in a tux, and the paparazzi agree, as you can see!

Do you hear what I hear? - Rumbles

Rumblemum laughs at me, but I know what I like. There's an ad on TV at the moment for Cadbury Easter Cream Eggs, and every time it comes on I HAVE to watch it. 

She loves the ad too, but she can't figure out what it is that gets me every time.

Pfft, who needs headphones?

Here is the premise behind the ad, I couldn't find the actual ad on Youtube, but this page is pretty hilarious.

Update on the PeroDaCat re-home - Rumblemum

Just wanted to let you all know what's going on with the fund-raising/home finding effort for PeroDaCat Maine Coon rehoming (full story is here).

Two of the cats have found forever homes, there is still one (the beautiful black kitty) that is looking for a home. The donation money will be going towards re-homing - so if you're in another state (the kitty is currently in AZ) and interested in adopting the last little kitty, shipping costs will be covered for the transport by the fund-raising. I would assume that the preference would be to keep Gwim in North America, but I don't know that any good home would be refused.

FOXY Friday fantastic Fin edition - Rumbles

I'm taking charge of the FOXY Friday today... Inigo is off cuddling with Thwack (his baby seal) and can't be disturbed.

So when you hear Fin, what do you think? I think SHARK... sleek, sexy and deadly (beauty that is, in the case of our Fin).

Now I couldn't quite picture our Fin as a sexy shark, but I could see her (very clearly I might add) as a FOXY bathing beauty, lying on an idyllic beach with a niptini beside her and the sun on her tum-tum.

(You can see that's she's on a mat big enough for two, that's cause there's a spot for ME, but somebody had to shoot this photo!)

This is what Inigo would rather do than pick his fox this week. Now you ladies know who the mancat around here is!

A new award! - Inigo

I've created this award because I'm a bit shy.

Rumbles is the outgoing one, he loves to flirt and always manages to greet guests before me... so I thought this would be a good way for me to (for once) beat him to meeting some new people! And I also thought that it would be an excellent way for those of you that may also be shy to meet some new people as well.

My bundle of tortie beauty pick for this week is the very stunning Isabella from 'BeadedTail'.

Isabella is named for a queen. She has the golden eyes of a queen. She has the regal bearing of a queen. It is not so far fetched for me to imagine her this way, is it?

We love our friends - Rumbles and Inigo

Thank you to our friends for giving us such a nice award!

First we'd like to thank Eline at 'From the High North' (she is our lovely human friend). We'd also like to thank a super pretty little puppy, Dolly at 'The Little Dog Speaks'. Last but not least, Rumbles would like to give a mighty THWOCK to Marley at 'Marley & Lola's Terrier Life' (Marley knows that Rumbles is the boss of him. It's true.)

So we have to write ten things about myself you didn't know, and then pass the award to ten other people. We can do this!

(1) We both smell nice. Rumblemum and Rumblepop are always putting their noses in our fur.

(2) Inigo loves to be held like a baby. Rumbles loves to be held like a sack of flour.

(3) Rumbles will not try to escape to the hallway if the door opens, but Inigo makes a mad dash whenever he can.

(4) Inigo doesn't jump up high.

(5) Rumbles wishes he could grow wings and fly so he could get higher.

(7) Inigos' 'pure-bred' name was 'Paws for Thought Talisan'

(8) Inigo was almost kept by his breeder to carry on breeding, but she didn't feel his eyes were blue enough (note from Rumblemummy: his eyes are PERFECT!!! but we're glad his breeder didn't agree or we wouldn't have him!!)

(9) Rumble has a great grandparent named 'Heavycoon Thunderpaw' (note from Rumbles: tee hee!! I wanna meet him!!)

(10) Inigo has many different ways of mewing to express himself.

And now we're gonna take a page out of Huffle the buff's book, and pass this award along to anyone that would like it :) We adore all our friends and would love to hear ten things about all of you if we haven't already.

We've just met a lovely new friend, and it is her BIRTHDAY!! Amy and the House of Cats posted about her, and we were very pleased to meet her and attend her really fun party.

Her name is Gracie (a new Gracie!) and you should stop by and party with her for a bit (did we mention she is bootiful?)

I've picked the lovely Baby, from Lisa Lisa and the Cat Jam. She's just so little and cute. I wish she'd come and visit us for some cuddles, so I've pictured her as a stewardess!

If she was a stewardess she could fly to all the boy cats and give them snuggles if she wanted, but I know she'd only want to fly to me and give me the snuggles.
