Dear toy manufacturers

I think toy manufacturers need to take into account that the MIGHTY Maine Coon will NOT fit into their tiny creations!

I can make it work...

All I need to do is get my tail in...

Victory! (just don't look behind the toy)

It's much better sitting on top

MOL..Rumble, at least you found the way at the end : )

You should send it to little 5lb.-14oz. me! It would totally be the right fit.

Awwww, I bet that is very cosy to snuggle up in though. Simba fills up the whole room inside my fluffy house and he looks very funny :)xx

I'd fit in there just fine Rumbles, if you'd care to donate it! he he - you are a big guy aren't you. For some reason those pictures really show how big you really are.

Ragdoll cats have the same problem!

Overweight Ragdoll cats more so. :P

Rumbles, I applaud you for trying.

We know you're a big strapping mancat, Rumbles! Samson won't fit into most toys but that's mostly because he's so 'fluffy'!

Marg said...

Oh good Rumbles, you solved that problem, just sit on top. They do need to make a Maine Coon cat sized cube, that is for sure. Wish we could sew, we would make you one. Take care.

Yep... the top is better. Spread out and be comfortable, Rumbles...

Even though I'm a teeny tiny little thing, I have trouble keeping my tail in my tent too. I blame the floof. I think it has a mind of it's own.

At least you persisted - where there's a will there's a way.

But sitting on the top is probably easiest.

I think 'someone' should get you a proper fitting toy!

LOL! They should come in giant size, Rumbles! Very clever of you to settle on the top instead!

We bow down to you, mighty Maine Coon! Let there be toys big enough for all gentle giants!

We gots the same complaint - Mo fits fine but he only weighs 8 pounds. The rest of us...not so much!!! (though mom thinks watching Junior try to get in the round condo is kind of funny)

Keiko said...

Now you got me curious. How long are you, Rumbles?
Mummy thinks Pricilla must be part Maine Coon in her ancestory but she still fits - we have a similar toy cube system here!

That toy was obviously not made for big handsome Mancats like you Rumbles!

Maybe they could make toys in "Marvelous Maine Coon" size!

Actually it looks like you were quite comfy...snug, but comfy!

Rumbles you are a big beautiful boy!!!

I like to sleep on top of ours too. The inside was great when I was a kitten, but now, I am a mighty big boy!

But once you do get in there, we bet it is very cozy. We always like to be snuggled in tight quarters.

They definitely need to make that bigger!

Maybe you need dog products instead, hehe. :)

We totally agree with you, Rumbles -- 100 PURR cent! Most things do not fit Dante or even Dylan who is about 14 lbs.

They should make these cat structures so they can fit any kind of kitty. Maine Coons are supposed to be the biggest, so they could use them as a guide.

Well, at least you can fit, even if it's snug.

Just look at that floof! At least its your fur that keeps you out and not your fat.

You look good in dere!

You're a Man-sized Kitteh! You need a Man-sized cube!

Still, in or out, you very handsome. The Human gets all swoony looking at your pictures.

BOL! That was actually a concern of mine when I was shopping--I kept thinking, "Now Rumbles is a Maine Coon, I hope this company took that into consideration!" Hey, that might be an idea for a startup company out there... ManCat Toy Company? For floofy burly cats? Hehe.

Ellen Whyte said...

You got into it though, clever Rumble!

Cat Mandu said...

They should make a "Jumbo" size for big boys like you!
Thanks for coming to meet my coyote friend, Charlie!

LMAO my maine coon used to have the same problem, but he's old now so lost some weight and fits somewhat comfortably in the cat tree cubby ;)

OKcats said...

Mr. Rumbles, we definitely think you could have a discrimination case on your hands. Equal rights for big cats!!!

Angel MoMo and Charlotte said...

I am not big but I always let my tail hang out no matter what size the cube is. But point taken, cubes should come in bigger size for bigger kitties.

Ummm ... we hope it's re-inforced fabric!!!! MOL!

Sorry we haven't visited for a while, we had grandbeans staying for a vacation. It's been happy chaos!

Catsparella said...

Aww, poor Rumbles! That's an interesting point, though! That is Maine Coon discrimination! Maybe you can have your Mum build a tail sized edition? Or maybe Diego can make it disappear ;D Hope you're having a great weekend!

Hansel said...

we agree! Hansels extra large maine coon butt broke all the ones we used to get like that. we had to go all out for one of those wooden ones covered in fleece. Now he's biting the fleece off. oh hansel cat.

Hello, mighty Rumbles! I like you best on the top :)
