Rumblemum tells us bedtime stories - Rumbles and Inigo

We've been hearing wondrous stories about a magical place far, far away called Canada.

Canada sounds like quite a sensible place, with something called 'insulated houses' and 'central heating' and 'bathtubs' (ok that last one is maybe just our apartment and not the whole of New Zealand ~ Rumblemum) It's so cold here that we can see our breath in the air... IN THE LIVING-ROOM.

Now we also know so many BOOTIFUL girl cats from Canada... and our hero Dante lives there! We think it is meant to be!

...Hey they have salmon there too don't they? And squirrels to chase...?

♫Ohhhhh Canada...♫

My home and native land?

We're in Canada!!! Our mom brings home salmon all the time and we have a ridiculous amount of nip toys to share! It would be even more magical with you boys here!

You think it's cold in Welly? Just try Canada in the middle of Winter! At least you boys have lots of floof insulation!

Rumbles and Inigo, I think the best solution is two homes to split between through the year. One in each hemisphere. Your Mum and Dad just have to do the kind of work they can do from home by computer. And you have to be willing to travel on a long plane flight twice a year.

We totally agree with Simba. 2 homes a year! We can even give you boys a few weeks here in the upper portion of the "Mid~Altantic". Hoping your beans are having a great time and like we said...the invite is ALWAYS there!

Being an outdoor kitty, I think I will stay in Sydney for winter.

Canada in winter is just the healthiest, because it's so cold that you can't even have a runny nose, it freezes as it exits the nostril :)

Hi Guys!

We're two boy kitties, too! It's nice to meet you!

Our Mom has been to Canada - To Niagara Falls & Montreal! She said the people are very nice - but the weather is a bit frightful in the winter (she was in Montreal in the winter), but beautiful.

We bet where you live is beautiful, too!

Have a Happy Weekend!

Well, come to Wisconsin. We're right next to Canada (share a border), have houses with good heat, insultaiton, and cooling for summer (when we need it and if we want it.) Simba has the right idea - two houses in both hemispheres.

Well, the humidex was 39C/102F earlier this week, at supper time. Lots of heat here in Ontario. Stay away from the Calgary, Alberta area--they actually had *snow* instead! Crazy weather!

We hope you find a way to stay warm! Seeing your breath in the living room is a problem. No furnace? Broken furnace? Fireplace? Electric heaters? You must have something for a heat source?!

My mum and dad went to Canada in 2008 and they said it was wonderful, but cold. You'd be better off coming here and sharing my Huffle cave with me.

Canda isn't too far from us, well, it's a lot closer than from where you are. But it is very warm here now, so maybe you can stop by for a visit when you head to Canada.

Happy weekend.

Hey! We've come over from the blog hop and guess what? We're from Canada! But we're dogs so you might not like that... BUT we are boys also AND we have a kitty brother!

Just so you know... we aren't very warm here either, it's been raining most of the week and feels more like November!

Thank for you saying all those nice things about where we live. Of course, we Canadians think it is the best place in the world! It certainly is vast. (Avast me hearties!).

Dante is very flattered that you call him your hero. He is 100 PURR cent Canadian and proud of it.

It's actually very warm here now. We are just coming into our summer. Why don't you boys come for a visit?

Domino's here, too, remember! Milo's got first dibs, though.
