What's in a name? You tell me!
We're getting closer and closer to the arrival of the Lance Corporal. The Rumbleparents are unable to come to a conclusion about what his name should be. The current idea is that we wait till he lives here for a while, then we give him a name, but I thought I'd get some of your opinions...

He is so adorable! We chose Aramis Flufflewhiskers. We hafta admit that the fluffle part was in honour of dear little Inigo (hoo we miss so very much). Aramis was one of the 3 musketeers ~ and we thort d'Artagnan, and the late Inigo, and now the noo kitty ~ would be like inseparable friends, had they all been around at the same time.

Fineas Moonfur would be OK. I also like Milo and Alfie's suggestion, or suggest you wait and see how a name fits him once he comes. I am not clever enough to come up with an elegant name suggestion myself!
We like Fineas...but we're sure he's gonna tell you what he wants his name to be once he gets there!!

You know, if Rumblemum were to dog-nap me, then I'd FINALLY be able to get a kitty...YOU! I really want a kitty. Mom says that I'm enough for her to handle. The vet says my allergies are so bad that I'm probably allergic to kitties, too. But I don't care. I LOVE kitties and I want one to live with me!!!
Love the name Fineas Moonfur. It is unique sounds so exotic & sophisticated at the same time. It also has an inkling of mischeif. He looks like he fits it perfectly. & just think of the nicknames!

I voted for Fineas Moonfur but both names are sweet. I'd wait until you get him, though, then you'll see which name seem more natural for him. I love the suggestion from Milo and Alfie Marshall too - Aramis Flufflewhiskers.
Our mom is terrible at names. If she chooses a name right away, it always ends up getting changed, so she quit naming the cats until they had lived with her a while.
Don't have to hesitate for a sec. Definitely Fineas Moonfur.

Fineas Moonfur! You kitties have the best names! Our Lady seems to think his name is SQUEEEE, cuz that's all she says when she sees the pictures.

If I can suggest. Wait until he has been there fore a while and see how the name settles on him. All of our cats got their names after they arrived here, the names suggested themselves on their own. You will feel it in your heart.

Fineas Moonfur! Although I agree with everyone who said that he will tell you his name when he arrives!
I'm sure that little fella will tell you his name.... though he looks like he thinks his name is General...
Oh purrrr Dat little kitteh is Ignatius of CATstantinople.
But just in case, try addressing dat kitteh as Kaziklu Bey (pronounced kah-ZEE-loo).
Dat Turkish for Lord Impaler.
I voted for "Raghnall" because it sounds like Ragdoll and this is what it means.
Raghnall:
A boy's name is a variant of Reginald (Latin), and the meaning of Raghnall is "ruler's advisor".
This way, Rumbles can still be the ruler and Raghnall, his advisor!
Besides Rumbles and Raghnall has a nice ring to it.
