Merry Crispmouse!! - Rumbles
I LOVE Crispmouse!! I get gifts and noms and spend the day with the Rumbleparents!! This is Diego's first Crispmouse, and he's excited because he heard that the Rumble-in-laws are giving us a ham bag!
He assumes that means that he can get into the bag with the ham. I am much more realistic and know that the good noms are the turkey noms!
We were both really lucky this year - we got a gift from one of our secret santas - my sweet pal Boris sent us this wonderful BOX of goodies!!
Boris even sent some things for Rumblemum! He got her some LOL cat magnets (which she LOVES!!) and some hand wash stuff for after she cleans out our little box.
Later we'll get to play with the new Da Bird, for now we rest up and hope you're all having a wonderful Crispmouse.

I'll let you rest for now, but I'll be back to nom you more later! |

Where's my cake?
I'm hanging out on my mighty RUMBLEtower, waiting for my tuna cake.
Now I'm expecting some BOOTIFUL ladycats to jump out of my tuna cake, so I won't go nomming on it too quickly. After all, I'm a mature three-year-old now. I have to show decorum.

Moon-bloggie - Diego Moonfur
HELLO my friends!! Rumbles has let me blog again!!
I keep growing, Rumbleparents cannot believe what a big boy I am already, and I'm not yet one!!
Rumblemummy calls me her little Butterball. I like butter, but I've never seen it in a ball? She says Butterball is her favorite type of bird from back home, but I don't think I'm a bird?
Humans are weird. I'm glad I have Rumbles.

Birds and other things that will be mine when I rule the world - Rumblepurr
The other day that Ham and I were out on the deck in our Kritter Kondo. Imagine my shock when a little bird FLEW OVER MY HEAD and into the apartment!!
I tried to lunge thru the Kondo, but it would not yield *pout*
Hamlet just STOOD there with wide kitten eyes. He's not as sophisticated as I am, but I'm trying to teach him.

Thank heavens, we're back
Google has very kindly restored our blog, gmail and google+ accounts. I'm hoping they won't disable us again, but to ensure I don't lose any of my precious posts (especially the ones about sweet Inigo) I'm going to back up my blog, then move it to Wordpress.
Thank to everyone that's given your support, and I would suggest to all of you that you back up your blogs, just in case the worst happens to you as well.
I keep telling Rumblemum that the REAL moral of the story is that Ham BROKE the blog... she still seems to like him tho *pout*
Edit to add: the wonderful and bootiful ladies at Zoolantry have posted an excellent step-by-step way of backing up your blog. I can't stress enough how important this is, having learned the hard way.
Thanks again to everyone for being so supportive, I have RUMBLEcuddles for you all. Hamlet is not allowed to cuddle for a full week for breaking our blog *glaring at Ham*

Gladiators - Rumbles and Ham
Rumblemum has been watching a lot of 'Spartacus' lately, and it's got us thinking like mighty gladiators.
I am very god-like on my tower! Who needs an arena? |
Behold! Young Ham-icus approaches! |
Taste my paw, Ham-icus |
On and on the battle waged... |
And brave Rumbles Maximus held fast to the tower |
Till at last he was victorious! |

Gentle Sunday - Rumbles
Here I am, on my most beloved tower. My sweet pal @blindmaximus sent me and the Ham this excellent toy, and I try my best to keep it from getting taken over by that kitten.
I have a dream...of a world with less kitten Ham and more HAM ham! |

I am the king. Yes, I am. - Diego
Rumbles says this is HIS blog, but I think it should be mine at least some of the time.
I'm growing up to be a BIG boy, but Rumblemum says I'm still her kitten. You can see in this photo that I'm a BIG MAN-KING cat!
I'm losing some of my winter puff-coat, Rumblemum says she wears most of it to work every day (I say it's good, keeps her thinking of me!)
We're very sorry that Rumblemum hasn't been consistant with our blogging, she's been very, very busy with work and quite stressed out. Hopefully all the busy will die down soon and go back to normal! We give her extra snuggles to help relax her... wait till she gets our bill for the 'rumble-therapy'! heh heh heh... we charge her in tunas and ham.

Tail of a naughty cat (and it's not who you'd expect) - the Rumblemum
A particular Maine Coon managed to dip his tail in some olive oil this morning! It was cold oil, sitting in a pan on the kitchen bench...
I think he took to heart all the times I've said "You're so squeaky, I think you need Maine Coon oil!"
He now has a very flat tail and the floors are like a skating rink!

The many faces of Diego the ham - Rumblepurr
Rumblemum wanted me to say a few things about Diego (note: she did not say they had to be NICE things... heh heh heh) So here I give you the many faces of his royal Ham-iness.
You can see quite clearly in this photo that Hamlet is very much to the left of centre |
Rumblemum thinks it's "so cute" that he goes a bit cross-eyed when he concentrates too much |
This is the expression that gets him ham *grumble* |
He's trying to look innocent here, and you can see that even the camera doesn't buy his innocent act - it's gone blurry to protest! |
And this is the REAL Diego - mad, mad, MAD as a hatter! |

More proof that Diego the Ham is weird - Rumbles
Note the lean? The odd and gruff expression? See what I have to live with!?!
I've had inadequate ham, causes me to lean. |
I think he's looking more and more like his (also leaning) daddy:
For most of you today is 'Livestrong day'. I know we're both purring SUPER loud for Miss Paula, the Trufflemummy.
Many thanks to Milo and Alfie, and to Zoolantry for all their hard work bringing together the CB for this event!

Once upon a time... - Rumblepurr
Once upon a time, there was a Rumbledad.
This Rumbledad had never had a pussycat of his own. He was persuaded by the wise and wonderful Rumblemum that everything is better with a pussycat (and twice as good with two!) and so they decided to start the Rumblefamily.
Now having never had a pussycat before, Rumbledad had many goofy and irrational rules. One of these crazy rules was that there would be 'NO CATS ON THE COUNTERTOPS!!' Rumblemum heard this and laughed quietly to herself.
Time passed, and Rumbledad saw how cute pussycats were on the countertops. He decided to amend the rule to be 'Cats can ONLY be on the UPPER countertops, where there is no food preperation'. Rumblemum chuckled, but said nothing.
Then one day Rumblemum put a bag on the lower countertop. Imagine her surprise when Rumbledad SCOLDED her for putting a bag on the pussycat's spot! (which was actually the main food preparation area...)
The moral of this story? Cats will ALWAYS win (and the lesson is that nobody should listen to Rumbledad)
Yeahhhh... MY spot.... |

Pip could use your comforting purrs and woofs...
Our sweet friend Pip has had a devastating few days. Buddy, the feral cat that they were trying to socialise passed away. Then Sweet Pea, their 20 year-old boy passed away from carcinoma of the mouth that spread to his bones.
Pip has been such a good friend to us, particularly when we lost Inigo last year. His kind words and support really helped us in the darker days and we're so very sorry that he and his family have suffered these losses.
Please, if you wouldn't mind, stop by Pip's blog and spare him some kind words.

I'm outa here!!
Once again, we thwart the Rumblemum's attempts to capture us cuddling... mew ha ha ha!
My sweet and bootiful pal the Admiral is having some health issues - if you could stop by and give her mummy some virtual cuddles I think she could use them.
